During lunch yesterday I asked the kids what they know about Martin Luther King. Naomi enthusiastically spoke up first and explained that he's a REALLY big statue. Elora added that he got shot, and after I gave her some clues she said that he helped give liberty to black people. Vivian's contribution: "Mom, are we black people?"
